Project Description

An educational herb garden is maintained by PCMG volunteers in the Bill Noordermeer Formal Gardens in Sioux Park. Volunteers assist with maintenance and signage of the garden May - October. Workdays and times are usually Thursdays 8:30 am mid-May through mid-October, but final meeting times are set by the MGs who have volunteered for the summer. The garden displays native herbs on its north side and culinary herbs on its south side. A brochure is available in the garden throughout the growing season. Plants are labeled. The garden is wheelchair accessible.
