Project Description

A series of gardening presentations are held each Tuesday evening for six weeks. In 2025, GBH starts Feb. 25 and concludes on April 1. The classes are held at the SDSU Extension Rapid City Regional Center. Two presentations are given each night on a variety of garden topics. A break with snacks is offered between classes.  Participants are required to pre-register. Capacity is approximately 50 people; there is usually a waitlist.  Volunteers present a topic on their area of expertise, help with the logistics of the presentations, or bring treats for the break.
