PCMG officers report on finances, last meeting minutes, and put before the membership issues that require a general membership vote. PCMG Event/Project Committee Chairs and Coordinators describe the activities they organize and opportunities they have for volunteers. The volunteer sign-up sheets for PCMG events and projects are available at each meeting. Members may contact the chairpersons/coordinators at any time to volunteer to help with a project. Each activity funded and/or supported by PCMG as an organization and donations, including materials and mileage, are tax deductible.
